We start with an in-depth analysis of the client’s brief to grasp the project’s scope. Understanding the client’s preferences ensures a tailored approach while identifying the budget and target market guides financial and strategic aspects. Initial research and planning establish a solid foundation, aligning with the client’s objectives. Workshops with both the client and creative team foster collaboration and a clear direction. 

In this phase, we brainstorm and research to develop a consistent and original initial presentation. We create the initial masterplan and explore options for the narrative and visual identity, sharing these with the client to ensure alignment with the vision.

Once the direction is established, we bring the big idea to life. We present the vision, story, and guest experience through layouts, storylines, zoning, content proposals, dynamic storyboards, and striking illustrations, all combined into a powerful visual presentation.

We turn the concept design into detailed schematic plans for each space, considering the intended scale and size. We integrate tasks for contractors, themed decorations, and contents, creating all 3D models and masterplans.

These plans are refined for contractor and supplier selection and construction. We collaborate with local architects and engineers to ensure compliance with regulations, local practices, and security standards. At this stage, we ensure all stakeholders have the necessary documents and information to turn the concept into reality.

Our project management team engages in discussions with clients to understand their needs and goals. We conduct a detailed analysis to identify potential challenges and risks. This information forms the basis for a comprehensive project plan, outlining steps, timelines, budgets, and roles.

As the project unfolds, our role encompasses design management, production management, and overall project management. We oversee both the design and physical creation of the project, integrating schedules to ensure all facets progress harmoniously and meet milestones.

In the procurement phase, we work closely with clients to identify and evaluate theming specialists, vendors, and subcontractors based on their expertise and pricing. This rigorous assessment allows us to recommend the best candidates for the project.

In our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility or with appointed vendors, we transform design concepts into final pieces. Our production team collaborates with designers to create high-quality products using versatile materials and machinery, adhering to quality and safety standards (ISO, EN, BS, ASTM).

After fabrication, components are assessed and packaged for shipping. Our logistics managers oversee global distribution, ensuring safe, efficient delivery.

Our installation teams operate worldwide to stringent safety and quality standards, ensuring a fully satisfying customer experience, including warranty and service.

In the final stage, we oversee off-site production and on-site execution, adhering to high standards. Rigorous testing and commissioning ensure the project functions as intended. Our consultancy extends beyond project completion, providing recommendations for future projects.
